Over 40 different subjects are currently covered, representing hundreds of job roles.

  • Delivered at levels 4 and above, Higher Apprenticeships represent the highest level available in the Apprenticeship framework.

  • They are developed in consultation with leading industry employers to meet their future skills needs.

  • Higher Apprenticeships are endorsed by professional industry bodies such as the Institute of Mechanical Engineering (ImechE), Society of Biology, Royal Society of Chemistry, PRCA and the Royal Aeronautical Society.

  • They're a practical alternative to gaining a degree-level education, and can also be used as a route into a full honours degree.

  • They combine on- and off-the-job training.
